The Dog and Cat Management Board (Board) oversees the administration, enforcement and management of dogs and cats in South Australia under the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995 (the Act).

The purpose of this EOI is to shortlist suppliers who can demonstrate their capability to design, build and maintain a centralized online services portal which comprises a customer-facing web application and a transactional database.

A detailed functional specification will be provided to suppliers who are shortlisted from the EOI. Suppliers can express their interest in a non-binding manner and may withdraw their offer before the next stage of the procurement process.
