Glen Eira City Council (Council) invites tenders for proposals from suitable vendors who can provide comprehensive website development and support services to assist with Council’s digital continuous improvement program. The program aims to use a user-centric approach to provide exceptional accessibility and user experience across digital channels with a focus on Council and community needs and expectations.
Specifically, Council seeks to appoint a vendor who can support development, implementation, and maintenance in an Umbraco environment, and assist Council’s in-house technology and development teams to deploy a roadmap of improvements and support business as usual website operations.
