Expression of Interest for supply of Enterprise Resource Planning System

⁠⁠⁠Maitland City Council (MCC) invites you to respond to their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the supply of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.

The EOI pack consists of the following documentation:

(a) EOI Invitation Letter (refer document titled: 01. 20232290 Invitation to EOI Letter.pdf),

(b) EOI Questions (refer document titled: 02. 20232290 MCC EOI_Part 2.docx)

(c) Online forum Responding to an ERFx Notice (refer document titled: 03. Responding to an ERFx Notice.pdf)

(d) EOI Acknowledgement Form (refer document titled: 04. 20232290 MCC EOI Acknowledgement Form_ERP System.docx)

EOI Acknowledgement

Respondents are requested to complete the EOI Acknowledgement Form (refer document tilted 04. MCC EOI Acknowledgement Form ERP System) and return via email to acknowledge your company will be submitting an EOI. EOI Acknowledgement Forms must be submitted no later than 5.00pm (AEST) Friday 27 October 2023 to jeff.nowland@maitland.nsw.gov.au.

Instructions to Populate Response Documentation

The Respondent must populate its EOI by way of completing the questions contained in Expression of Interest Part 2 (refer document titled 02. 20232290 MCC ERP EOI Part 2.docx) provided within the EOI.

In Section 2.0, the Respondent must respond in the boxes provided for any text-based answers and expand the space as necessary. MCC prefers responses in each section be limited to less than 500 words. However, where a Respondent wants to attach additional relevant documents, ensure you include a reference to the attachment in the relevant section. Where a response is not applicable, Respondents should note "NA".

You must submit using an electronic copy of this document. Respondents must note that all questions MUST be completed.

Respondent Questions

Should the Respondent have any questions during the EOI process, these must be submitted in writing via the "Online Forum". MCC will respond to the question through the same channel to ensure each party receives the same information.
