Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of Specialist Spaces Refurbishment works at Bremer State High School, located at 133/153 Warwick Rd, Ipswich QLD 4305
The project includes:
- Construction of a New Engineering workshop building
- Extension of the Engineering Staffroom
- Extension of an existing awning to the Engineering Block
- Refurbishment of J Block including new kitchen, café and outdoor space
- Refurbishment of Q Block including a new kiln building
- Refurbishment of W Block including new preparation rooms to the labs
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC Level 3 with 3rd Party certified Quality Assurance and a QBCC Builder's Licence to undertake the entire scope of works.

Tender Documentation will be emailed to eligible contractors who meet the minimum PQC requirements. Details of the site inspection are below and will be also advised in the email and letters to tenderers.
Site Visit Details: Mandatory site visit is on Tuesday 24/10/2023 at 2.30pm, please sign in the admin upon your arrival and wait for PM and DoE representative who will show you around.
