Library Façade Remediation Works

The City of Perth encourages Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander businesses, as well as disability organisations to respond for work with us.

The City is calling for expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors who have the necessary experience and capability to undertake the City of Perth Library Facade Remediation works.

This EOI seeks to shortlist suitable contractors to complete the facade remediation work, including removing and replacing the existing stone cladding with an alternative material and associated facade remediation work.

This EOI is the first stage in a two-stage procurement process led by the City, with assistance from a consultant team led by Griffiths Architects.
