Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The City of Rockingham is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to provide services for the redevelopment of the Anniversary Park clubrooms and changerooms.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Redevelopment of the existing Rockingham Ram's clubroom building
  • Demolition of the existing changeroom building
  • Construction of a new changeroom building

Site Inspection

One mandatory site inspection for the tender will be held. Tenderers must attend the site inspection.
