Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations to provide Project Management for the construction of Guildford Plaza Laneway located at 285 Guildford Road, Guildford. This project is part of the Safer Cities: Her Way program.
The successful tenderer will project manage the delivery of the contractors, supply of infrastructrue, installation and build of the site by April 2024.
Upon completion, the Project Plan and Design shall reflect industry best practice design in line with Council’s and the State Government grant objectives.
A site inspection has not been organised for this RFx; however, it is expected that respondents familiarise themselves with the site prior to providing a submission.
Contract: AS4122-2010 - Professional Services Agreement
