The Kindergarten Payroll Services will include, but not be limited to:
· calculation and processing of eligible kindergarten staff salaries and other entitlements
· processing and disbursement of taxation, superannuation, and other contributions, when requested by a kindergarten
· electronic lodgement of employer declaration forms· generation and issuing of payslips and end-of-financial-year payment summaries· fortnightly reports of salary expenditure for management bodies· training for service users, including Committees of Management (when requested)· support services, including provision of telephone and email payroll-related advice· Transition and out services, as required.Industry BriefingA briefing for prospective respondents on this RFQ will be held:Date and time 18 October 2023, 2:00pm Melbourne time
Location The Industry Briefing session will be held online via WebEx/MS Teams.

Suppliers intending to attend the Industry Briefing for this RFQ must register their attendance by no later than 5:00 pm 17 October 2023, via either:

Each supplier is limited to 3 attendees at the Industry Briefing.
Industry Briefing registration is to include:
- Supplier name
- Supplier nominated attendee/s names (must include details of all proposed attendees)
- Attendee/s email address (essential)
