Community focused not-for-profit groups are invited to submit an expression of interest to enter into a lease agreement at the Saratoga Community Hall available from mid-to-late December 2023.
This is a rare opportunity for a new tenant to get a foothold in a wonderful community facility that has been at the heart of Saratogas social life for many years.
The community hall brings people together of all ages together for sports, activities, social catch ups and more.
Ideally situated in the centre of Saratoga, the site is suitable for not-for-profit organisations looking to establish themselves in the central location from which they can provide booking arrangements and community events beneficial to the local community and wider Central Coast region.

• The property is located at 15-17 Kyeema Avenue, Saratoga
• Contains a large hall and deck overlooking Brisbane Water, a meeting room, bathroom and large kitchen facilities

The initial leasing opportunity is for 5 years, and any applicant must hold minimum $20 million Public Liability Insurance. Applicants will be assessed against the relevant criteria while the community will be invited to have their say through our standard public notice process thereafter.
