This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The request seeks an experienced provider who has the capacity, capability and experience to adapt two existing programs and deliver those programs to uplift managerial capability in relation to flexible working/leading hybrid teams in line with APS Flexible Work Principles.
The successful provider must have:
- technical expertise in designing and delivering workshops including on the topics of leadership development and team building
- experience in delivering similar programs within an APS/government environment
- capacity to adapt and deliver a series of pilot programs within a short time-frame
- flexibility and adaptability to the changing APS environment including capacity to iterate and improve programs based on feedback.
The successful provider must be able to deliver the following:
- adapt two existing programs on flexible/hybrid working to meet Buyer requirements, one for an EL audience and one for an SES audience
- facilitate two EL programs and two SES programs prior to the end of calendar year 2023, virtually, using Microsoft Teams
- ensure that programs are based on best practices in leading hybrid teams and include in-built experiential, interactive and peer-based learning activities
- provide course materials as well as resources for participants, such as handbooks or resource packs, aligned to the learning programs; and participate in post-pilot evaluation activities, e.g. through data gathering and insights.
