Swanbourne Village Project

This Invitation for Expression of Interest for Swanbourne Village Project is issued as part of Stage 2 of a Market-led Proposal process.

The WA State Government is seeking innovative ideas to transform State-owned land within the rail reserve adjacent to Swanbourne train station.

The land is generally bound by Claremont Crescent to the north, Railway Street to the south, and the extension of Parry Street and William Street to the east and west. The Swanbourne Station Precinct includes Swanbourne Station, Congdon Street Bridge and part of the Fremantle Rail Line.

The baseline due diligence undertaken by the State Party includes a Precinct Master Plan, Development Opportunity Sites, and Precinct Planning and Development Requirements.
