- Demolition, disposal and site preparation work

- Concrete Works - Raised threshold, footpath and kerb & gutter

- Asphalt works - Road pavement, etc.

- Supply and Install stormwater (pit, pipes and culvert) infrastructure

- Supply and Install Pedestrian fencing

- Supply and Install Linemarking and TGIS

- As-built drawing, tidy up the site and handover
