AThe Council is seeking responses to this Request for Tender (RFT) 2324-023 for the provision of Nillumbik Youth Hub Redevelopment Works, located at located at 32-34 Elizabeth St, Diamond Creek VIC 3089.
The Council is seeking to appoint a single provider to deliver the Works.
It is intended that the new contract arrangement will commence on or around 13 December 2023 with an intended practical completion date of 10 May 2024.
Nillumbik Youth Hub will provide centralised support for young people aged 12–25 years old. This project will upgrade the current building to a modern facility featuring an entry, foyer/reception, and kitchen upgrade, one large multi-purpose room, two program rooms, an office space, two consulting rooms, and accessible amenities.
The upgrade works have been architecturally designed, with construction plans, specifications, and other associated documentation prepared for this tender
