Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) are anticipating the release of an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a Social Media Monitoring Platform 25 September 2023, closing 16 October 2023.
Tenderers are invited to participate in this Expression of Interest as EQL seeks to understand the market capability for out of the box operational Social Media monitoring platforms. The outcome of the Expression of Interest will inform next steps.
The Social Media Monitoring Platform scope includes:
- Social media monitoring, response, content management and analytics across multiple social platforms/channels
- Pre-Go Live training for multiple users, and timely post-implementation user support
- Social listening and traditional media monitoring capability
How to Participate
