Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Attorney-General’s Department (AGD) is undertaking a review of current records management systems to take advantage of cost-effective contemporary processes and platforms.

AGD and AGS have combined into a single department, with each organisation currently running its own separate information and records management systems and practices. AGD utilises Content Manager 9.4 and iManage 10.3.3.49. The success of this combination will require (among many other things) a robust and functional information and records management strategy, accompanied by suitable platforms, to reinforce collaboration and improve records management compliance throughout the combined organisation. This could potentially culminate in a unified system, or it might necessitate an ecosystem of multiple software solutions designed to cater to the diverse needs of the individual components.
