Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Demolition of vacant Aged Care Facility and the adjacent property in preparation for the construction of a new public open space.

All Tenderers MUST undertake a site visit to inspect the site location, and verify existing conditions, surrounds, and site constraints. Site visit dates have been organised for Wednesday 20 September 2023 and Monday 25 September 2023.
