Tender Description
As part of the Public Sector Residential Aged Care Services (PSRACS) project Lochiel House will be demolished to make way for the new development, while Waratah Lodge will undergo minor refurbishment of the dialysis room.
The Orbost PSRACS project comprises the construction and commissioning of 38 new Public Sector Residential Aged Care Services (PSRACS) beds split into two 15-bed households and one 8-bed household. The development will aim to provide support of a range of complex care needs, for those living with dementia, as well as a connection to the broader Orbost community through a café and community hub.
The project will be procured by the VHBA in partnership with ORH. The funding for the project has been confirmed by the Victorian Government as part of the 2022-2023 State Budget.
