Responses are invited for the provision of leased office accommodation for:
Approximately 800 square metres ground floor NLA suitable for customer service delivery.
Site location must be within the suburbs of Charlestown, Belmont North, Bennetts Green, Cardiff South, Cardiff, Dudley, Floraville, Garden Suburb, Gateshead, Highfields, Hillsborough, Jewells, Kotara South, Kahibah, Lakelands, Macquarie Hills, Mount Hutton, Tingira Heights, Warners Bay &Whitebridge. A Map is included within the attachments for reference.
Premises will ideally be situated close to commercial and retail precincts with good access to public transport and car parking.
Lease term:
Seven (7) years, with two (2) options of three (3) years each
Lease commencement by October 2024 (Early access will be required for tenant fit out works)
Premises:
Minimum Grade ‘A’ office building design based on ‘A Guide to Office Building Quality’ (Property Council of Australia 2019)
Minimum of three (3) dedicated car parking bays including preference for EV Charging capability.
Note: The proposed area may be altered by plus or minus 10% at the agency’s discretion.
