Tender Description
Western Power seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI)s from qualified and experienced organisations for planned preventative maintenance, reactive / minor works for the provision of Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Services across the Southwest Interconnected Network (SWIN). https://www.westernpower.com.au/about/what-we-do/.
The Services can include, but are not limited to:
- Grounds Maintenance Services - mowing, weeding, pruning, gardening, slashing and spraying, sweeping, maintaining fire breaks, general maintenance of reticulation and bores, clearing sites of all debris and full property inspections.
- Cleaning Services - cleaning of toilets and buildings, restocking of consumables. Note: Cleaning Services only applies to Transmission Substations and 4 Telecommunication sites (out of the 115 sites).
Site Locations may include:
- Depots (32)
- Telecommunication Sites (115)
- Transmission Substations (161)
- Distribution Substations (350)
Registration Requirements:
Suppliers are required to complete the EOI Workbook and return no later than 12 noon (AWST) Monday 2nd October 2023 for the attention of:
