Colac Otway Shire is preparing a Precinct Structure Plan for the Deans Creek growth area in Colac. A key input into the PSP is the Deans Creek PSP Retail and Employment Land Assessment. This assessment will review the existing Colac Township Economic Development, Commercial and Industrial Land Use Assessment and provide more specific directions related to activity centre and employment land needs for the PSP area.
