Tender Description
The Project aims to extend the City of Monash Digital Programme to 2028. It supports the implementation of the 2024-28 IT and digital strategy, building on and maximising the benefits from the strong foundations put in place by the 2020-24 IT and digital programme.
Like all local government authorities, the City of Monash (CoM, Council) is facing increasing demand for its services, and community expectation is changing in line with the global transition to a digital service model and economy.
To support its people, processes, and technology and to successfully operate in this emerging service model, the Council needs to develop a new Digital Transformation Strategy covering the 2024 – 2028 period.
The outward-looking strategy will help the Council continue to develop as a digital place and a digital council. We will work to ensure residents, partners, and businesses can thrive in the digital future and play active roles in shaping Monash into a digital borough where technology is used to improve the lives and life chances of everyone.
Develop IT and digital framework and strategy plans for the next four years.
