Tender Description
SSCT require professional asset audit and inspection services for undertaking physical audit and inspection of the current state of all assets across SSCT venues, including:
- Melbourne Sports Centres – MSAC
- Melbourne Sports Centres – Lakeside
- Melbourne Sports Centres – Parkville
- Melbourne Sports Centres – Knox
- Sports House, Albert Park
The service provider will consider existing conditions of the asset registers and undertake physical asset audits and inspections to update the data as required to inform complete data collection to enable finalisation of the asset management plan.
