The ANAO is seeking a Supplier to provide expert SAP Assure technical assistance on a time and material basis in respect to the auditing of IT general controls. The Supplier will have:

• in-depth SAP Assure test functionality knowledge,
• expertise in SAP data models as it relates to test functionality provided by SAP Assure, and
• knowledge of SAP data extraction methods.

Key outputs by the Supplier will include:

• technical advice and production of diagrams and other documentation if applicable of the business rules and SAP tables that SAP Assure uses to arrives at results for key control and security tests, with a particular focus on its implementation of privileged user and segregation of duties test logic.
• assistance in troubleshooting variances between the ANAO implemented rules and the SAP Assure software.
• advice around potential approaches to data extraction from SAP in the absence of the SAP Assure software.

Up to 250 hours of work effort is required starting from 16 October 2023 to 30 April 2024. An extension option of up to two months will be included to cover delays in delivering the service. Actual start date to be negotiated with preferred supplier.

A baseline security clearance is required.

Please specify where relevant:

• the total price inclusive of GST, taxes and charges and the amount of GST included
• fixed prices for any Goods and or Service, inclusive of GST, taxes and charges as well as all other associated costs such as delivery fees or extension options
• fee rates for all personnel to be engaged under the Contract
• any expenses or variable costs
• a payment schedule for any Milestones.

The Supplier may only claim reimbursement for expenses or variable costs when the expense or cost is nominated in the section below, and where the Customer has granted specific written approval prior to the relevant expense or cost being incurred, additionally:

1. all domestic air travel must be economy-class
2. amounts claimed for accommodation and other expenses must not exceed the total amount specified in Table 2 of TD 2022/10 or the applicable year’s Taxation Determination issued by the Australian Taxation Office and
3. a claim for reimbursement is submitted supported by a copy of the paid Tax Invoice.
