Tender Description
The Rural City of Wangaratta (RCoW) is seeking tender submissions from experienced contractors for the collection, transport and processing of electronic waste at the Wangaratta Transfer Station. The contract will be awarded based on a schedule of rates.
The initial term of the contract will be two years with an additional two (2) 12-month extension options.
The requirements of this tender call for the appointment of a single contractor for the provision of the following key services:
- Supply and change-over of stillges at nominated site.
- Collection, transport and processing of electronic waste.
- Regular reporting activities.
Under this tender collection, transport and processing includes all tasks, activities and associated costs in undertaking this activity at nominated sites.
Minimum specifications:
- Supply and long-term hire of appropriate stillages to be utilised at the nominated site (10 x 2.5m³).
- Collection service adequate meet RCoW requirement of 1 x clearance of 10 x stillages per month.
- Reporting system which provides itemised breakdown of electronic waste collected from nominated site.
