Council has had its current Finance system in use for over 25 years and it is at the end of its life cycle. This invitation seeks tenders for replacement of this core financial system.
The Finance system supports Council’s financial accounting and reporting functions which include:
• Financial planning, budgeting & forecasting
• Accounts payable management
• Procurement & supplier management
• Debtor management
• Grant management
• Treasury management
• Tax management
• General accounting
Council is looking for a contemporary, user-friendly, flexible, and adaptive system to deliver its core financial services.
