Electrical Test and Tag Service, Lump Sum Contract 3 years

⁠⁠⁠Strathbogie Shire Council is seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Electrical Test and Tag contractors to undertake the following:

• Provide a test and tag for ALL electrical assets ensuring compliance with 'AS 3760 - In-service safety inspection and testing of electrical equipment',
• Test and tag ALL electrical assets within Strathbogie Shire as requried ensuring works comply with AS 3760 and Council's Electircal Testing and Tagging Procedure Vers 2.

This is a 3 year Lump sum contract with 2 single year optional extensions.

Tenders received until 4pm Wednesday 4 October 2023.

NOTE - Updated Test and Tag Schedule and inventory will be available via addendum week commencing 4 September 2023.

Tenderers are advised that Schedules for this tender will be required to be completed via online forms only.

Tenderers to provide lump sum price(Schedule 7) and lump sum breakdown located in the schedule of rates tab.

Prices quoted are to be INCLUSIVE of GST. Tenderers are encouraged to check tendered pricing, as NO changes to tendered pricing will be accepted after tender closing date.

A Contract is provided for Tenderers to view. Tenderers wanting Contract exclusions must request these via online Schedule 9.2 as part of their tender submission. If no exclusions or changes to contract provisions have been requested, it is assumed that tenderers have accepted Contract provisions. Strathbogie Shire will not negotiate Contract provisions after award has occurred.

Strathbogie Shire works within Procurement Best Practice guidelines. All questions MUST be directed in writing through the online portal. Please do not ring the Council, as we are unable to discuss formal tenders or quotations while open.

Tenders can be only lodged online through the Tendersearch portal. Please note Strathbogie Shire no longer accepts hardcopy formal Quotations or Tenders and will not accept tenders by fax or email.

It is Strathbogie Shire's policy that Questions close 3 days prior to tender closing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSIONS:

Strathbogie Shire advises that failure to supply a Lump Sum - including GST, to be entered in Section 7 and lump sum breakdown in the Schedule of Rates tab, will result in your tender not being evaluated.

• All Tender/Quotation Schedules must be completed in order for the submission to be evaluated. You must allow sufficient time to upload your submission prior to the 4pm deadline. We suggest you familiarise yourself with the online form and uploading options via the RESPONSE tab.
• Late submissions in any format will not be accepted. If you are midway through your submission and the clock hits 4:00pm your submission will not be accepted and you will be unable to continue.
• We recommend you access a good quality network/internet connection. Strathbogie Shire Council is not responsible for your internet connection quality.
• All communications regarding the submission must be via the Tendersearch using the Questions tab.
