Tender Description
Network and Infrastructure's (N&I) Electrical Engineering Branch are providing in-house support for the initial tranche of the proposed Rail Revitalisation Program (RRP). To do the works, sourcing of the Overhead Line Equipment (OLE) componentry is required in significant quantities.
The Public Transport Authority (PTA) requires a qualified and experienced contractor to supply and deliver materials for OLE works according to a bill of quantities and on a schedule of rates basis. The initial quantities required are in support of OLE works on the Armadale Line (Beckenham to Sherwood) to support the RRP.
It is the preference of the PTA to award a single contract for the supply of OLE materials. However, should the PTA determine that a single contractor is unable to meet the full requirements of this Tender, it reserves the right at its complete discretion to award multiple contracts and establish a panel arrangement for the provision of the goods.
