Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a Library Refurbishment at North Rockhampton SHS, located at Berserker Street, Frenchville QLD 4701, as part of the Direct (DIRECT) program.
The works include the creation of two new learning spaces, storeroom and refurbishment of the existing amenities. The position of the building is at the front of the school with easy site access and ample working space. All works are to be completed by December 2023.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
QBCC Licensing
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
