Provision of Asbestos Auditing Services for Council owned and managed buildings

⁠⁠⁠The City of Greater Bendigo, and on behalf of the Loddon Shire Council, Ararat Rural City Council and the Buloke Shire Council (Councils) invites submissions from suitably licensed and qualified contractors to undertake the management of audits of asbestos and other hazardous materials within the participating Councils municipal areas, for nominated Council owned and/or managed buildings.

The contract does not include asbestos or hazardous material removal.

A contractor is required to provide but not limited to the following:

• Asbestos & Hazardous Materials Audits, Division 5 & Division 6

• Asbestos identification

• Asbestos registering

• Risk management plans

• Asbestos-related consultation/advice

• Asbestos labelling

• Asbestos disturbance site inspection

• Asbestos register maintenance

• Provision of QR codes (linking each building to a register and building specific plan)

• This Contract will be awarded to one Contractor. This is NOT a Panel Contract.
