Council is seeking to appoint a supplier/s for the provision of food, beverage, and merchandise at Margaret Connellan Stadium in Malvern East (part of Percy Treyvaud Memorial Park) and requires the appointed supplier/s to provide items, and associated infrastructure support, for individual sale through the centre’s onsite café.

Council proposes to apply one of the two following models

1- Full Service Consultancy, or

2- Single Supplier appointment per Category

The range of food, beverage, and merchandise offerings must be suitable for service to the differing demographics of the patrons, which includes athletes, Sporting Clubs, children and patrons attending a wide variety of entertainment, community, and sporting events and programs.

The food, beverage, and merchandise items are divided into the following six (6) categories:

1- Cold Drinks

2- Hot DrinksThe 

3- Ice Creams

4- Fresh Pre Packaged Food (Wraps, Focaccias etc)

5- Other Pre Packaged Food (Chips, Lollies, Chocolate bars etc)

6- Merchandise – items provided for resale within the facility (basketballs/netballs, strapping tape etc)

Suppliers may submit an offer for one category or multiple categories with the resulting appointment subject to Council's discretion.
