Tender Description
Georges River Council (Council) is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced contractors to perform landscaping and ancillary services as required.
Successful applicants will form Councils panel of preferred suppliers for these services and enter into a supply agreement with Council for a period of three (3) years, with option to extend up to a further One (1) year, plus One (1) year, plus One (1) year at Councils sole discretion.
The established panel of preferred suppliers will enable Council to deliver services as required through agreed contract rates or through further competitive quotations.
Preferred suppliers on this panel are treated of equal value or ranking and while Council endeavours to do its best to ensure fairness, further engagement is not guaranteed as a preferred supplier.
A detailed scope of works and detail design outlining of the extent of works required by Council is set out in Part 5 of this Tender document.
