Tender Description
The purpose of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for the construction of the Fanny Street Reserve bike track.
The Works Under Contract (WUC) include, but are not limited to, preliminaries and site preparation, earthworks and grading, concrete paving and staircase, new proprietary furniture including signage, seating, balustrade and bike repair station, water taps including connections and drainage & maintenance. The Contractor will also include the supply and transporting of all materials in their final tender price.
