The City of Kingston (Council) is seeking a suitably experienced company (supplier) to provide the Council with the supply and implementation of a Recruitment, Onboarding, and Learning Management System (System). This system will be required to manage the end-to-end candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding, and learning management process.
The system will provide a user-friendly experience for candidates and Council staff. It will create efficient processes by integration with Council's HRIS and other systems.
Council currently employs approximately 1515 employees and recruits approximately 200-250 people per annum.
Council seeks to appoint a successful contractor and commence the project by November 2023, and have the system fully functional and live by April 2024.
