Tender Description
Expressions of interest are open for the Trainee Representative position on the AFOEM NSW Committee.
The AFOEM NSW Committee is responsible for:
- developing and delivering region specific strategy and function as directed by the AFOEM Council
- developing and delivering regional training and learning activities to support local trainees and clinical supervisors
- developing and delivering local educational activities to meet the needs of local Fellows
- providing support to the state Director of Training in the education and training of regional trainees
- engaging with key stakeholders, health professionals and the community to promote the role Occupational and Environmental Medicine specialists in the region
- providing advice to Faculty Council in relation to the affairs of AFOEM within the Region
This position is open to all AFOEM Trainees residing in NSW or the ACT.
