Colliers International Engineering & Design Pty Ltd, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, invites suitably qualified contractors to tender for the following contract:
Construction of approximately 724 meters of DN300 Branch Sewer Main as part of The Thornhill Gardens Estate, 352 Paynes Road, Thornhill Park for Thornhill Gardens Dev Co Pty Ltd within the City of Melton.
Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works & services in SC1 (Reticulation Sewer DN280 and 5m in depth), SC2 (Branch/Main Sewers DN280), and SC7(Live sewer- all (includes SC8 and SC9) ENTRY
If not accredited in the required categories, a tender can still be submitted but the required accreditation categories must be held prior to the contract being signed. The tender process will be less time-consuming if tenderers are already accredited.
