Outdoor Furniture Maintenance

⁠⁠⁠The City of Cockburn (The Principal) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to conduct annual maintenance of outdoor timber furniture across its municipal area.

This includes picnic tables, park benches, boardwalks, and decking.

There are approximately 180 picnic tables, 665 park benches, 2,747 meters of boardwalks, and 778m2 of decking.

Minor repairs will be required to be conducted on an ‘as required’ basis.

The Contractor; under the proposed Contract, will be required to provide all labour, plant, tools and equipment, materials, transportation/cartage, administrative costs, traveling expenses etc., and anything else necessary for the completion of the works/services.

The proposed Contract shall be in place for a period of three (3) years from the date of award; with Principal instigated options to extend the period for a subsequent one (1) year period and up to an additional twelve (12) months after that, to a maximum of five (5) years.

This Contract is expected to commence in October 2023.
