Tender Description
Ku-ring-gai Council (Council) seek Expressions of Interest submissions from suitably qualified and experienced project consultants (Consultant/Respondent) to:
- Perform client-side project contract administration services of client agreements entered into with the (i) Developer and (ii) D+C contractor. The role requires the Consultant to act as Council’s representative in the performance of Council’s obligations under various project agreements. It is noted that the final form and structure of the agreements is currently under negotiation.
- Perform limited associated project management services potentially including Library & Community Centre fit out brief, design, construction)
