Tender Description
Construct only – Adelaide Central Market requires the renewal of its existing infrastructure where the condition, compliance and capacity of various assets have been audited, including but not limited to, electrical and fire services. To undertake this work City of Adelaide engaged GHD Pty Ltd and from this audit GHD prepared the design and tender documentation ahead of the works to be constructed. The Adelaide Central Market building compliance will be impacted by the redevelopment of the Market Arcade precinct to achieve a ‘One Market’ approach.
