Tender Description
The RFT seeks to appoint a Panel of (maximum of three) Contractors to deliver the Works outlined in the Contract, and to undertake the Works to Council standards.
There will be three suitably qualified and experienced Contractors appointed to a panel (Panel) under this Tender.
The Works the subject of this RFT include the provision of the Concrete Path Renewal construction service which is described in the Service Schedule in the Contract.
The form of Contract is applicable to these Works is a ‘Works and Services Agreement’.
Under the Contract, Council will place orders (Orders) for required Works to contractors on the Panel.
The term of the proposed Contract is for 3 years, from November 2023.
