Tender Description
Merri-bek City Council is seeking responses from suitably qualified consultants for the Development Contributions Plan 2.0.
The project involves engaging an expert consultant who is knowledgeable and experienced in infrastructure contributions and introducing development contributions rates into planning schemes to prepare a DCP project list, draft a new municipal wide DCP for Council and support Council implement the new DCP through a Planning Scheme Amendment.
Respondent must lodge their response no later than the Closing Date and Time. Council is under no obligation to consider any Response received by Council after the Closing Time.
