The Department of Education’s Oracle Supplier Portal allows suppliers to access and respond to procurement opportunities from a number of Education portfolio entities.
The Victorian State Schools Spectacular (VSSS) is an annual performance event that showcases the artistic talent that exists in Victorian Government schools. It provides an engaging performing arts and industry training opportunity for young Victorians. Approximately 3000 Victorian school students participate in the Spectacular each year.
The Spectacular supports Education State objectives relating to:
- Music
- Creativity
- Happy, healthy and resilient children
- Building pride and confidence in our schools
DE is seeking provision of specialised creative, technical production and payroll services for the 2024-2028 Victorian State Schools Spectacular programs (for an initial three-year term with two one-year extension options). Supplier can tender for one or more streams included in this market approach.

This Request for Quote (RFQ) is being issued and managed through the Supplier Portal. All primary information relating to this RFQ is being provided through the Supplier Portal, and responses (i.e., quotes) should only be submitted through the Supplier Portal.
