Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠BGIS is seeking expressions of interest from suitable suppliers for the provision of the following planned and reactive maintenance services at National Capital Authority (NCA) properties and assets located in Canberra, ACT.

• Plumbing/Hydraulic

• Electrical (including auto-doors, roller doors, gates)

• Fire Systems (including FIP monitoring service)

• Mechanical (incl HVAC)

This Request for Expressions of Interest forms an initial open approach to market, the first part of a multi-stage procurement process to appoint suppliers for the above services.

Subsequent approaches to market will be undertaken to invite submissions from potential suppliers down selected from the EOI stage.

Note: Pricing will be sought at subsequent stages of the multi-stage approach to market (after the EOI stage).
