Overview
Procon Consultants, on behalf of Magic United Football Club, is calling for tender submissions from suitably qualified contractors for the renovation of existing facilities at Magic United Football Club.
Scope
The scope includes:

- Associated building, services and finishing works
Contractor Requirements
- Appropriate QBCC builder's licence to undertake the full scope of works
- Demonstrated experience in similar renovation and facility upgrade projects
- Capacity to complete the works within the required project timeframe
- Current insurances and relevant statutory compliance documentation
