Pfm 2023 - Commercial Cleaning Melbourne Water

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) hereby invite you to provide Commercial Cleaning for Melbourne Water sites which include metropolitan and regional areas in the Northeast and East region.

The cleaning scope includes a variety of work areas from Offices, Lunchrooms and general work areas. Some sites are off road and will require vehicles that can meet the demands of the terrain.

As the sites are in a variety of geographical locations, we will entertain sub-contractors to bid for part or all of the locations outlined in 4. Pricing itemized by sites to be quoted.

Objectives

Programmed’s objectives for this RFQ process are to elicit Responses from suitably qualified Service Providers outlining how they would achieve the requirements outlined in the RFQ and ensure the provision of:

•  Quality of service to meet the Programmed and Client requirements;
•  Service provided to meet all relevant law, standards and guidelines;
•  A cost-effective solution for both the Client and Programmed;
•  Innovation and continuous improvement
•  Risk management.
•  Experienced cleaning staff with good communication skills
•  Accredited in IS9001, IS45001 or working towards
•  Have a Modern Slavery Statement and adhere to the award.
