Inspection and Testing Services for Lifting and Hauling Equipment

⁠⁠⁠Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) will be seeking proposals for Inspection and Testing Services for Lifting and Hauling Equipment via SAP Ariba in August 2023.

Background and Scope:

Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) requires a suitably qualified contractor to undertake Inspection, Testing, Repair and Maintenance services of rated lifting and hauling equipment such as winches, synthetic slings, lever (web strap) hoists, and chains at EQL depots across Queensland.

All relevant documentation (including the proposed Agreement, Scope, and Response Schedules) will be available on SAP Ariba from approximately 28 August 2023.

Tenderers who wish to submit a response need to be registered as a Supplier on SAP Ariba.

Tenderers who are not already registered in Energy Queensland’s realm in SAP Ariba will be required to register their interest by sending an email to the Contact Officer, daniel.bramich@energyq.com.au

1. The email subject should contain the event title SR29472643 Inspection and Testing Services for Lifting and Hauling Equipment and please provide the following information:

• Business legal entity name (as displayed in the ABN lookup)
• ABN
• Registered business street address
• Contact name.

Note: The Contact person (i.e., the Ariba Administrator) needs to be someone within the business that has the authority to provide financial data such as bank account details. Additional contacts/users can be added by this authorised Contact once registration is completed.

• Contact phone number.
• Contact email address.

Note: a generic email address is preferable eg tenders@domain... or admin@domain... to ensure staff changes do not impact the supplier record and/or receipt of event notifications. Additional contacts/users can be added by the authorised Contact once registration is completed.

2. Once the event has been published, Tenderers will receive an email to access the EQL SAP Ariba realm via a link contained in the email notification. Please note this link will expire within 24 hours.

3. Tenderers must accept the Prerequisite Bidder Agreement under the ‘Review and Accept Prerequisites’ tab to ensure all system-generated notifications are received.

This includes but is not limited to, Content updates and changes to Event Timing.

4. If the Tenderer elects to submit a response, they must do so using SAP Ariba only. Submissions provided via email or through tendering portal will not be considered for evaluation.
