Tender Description
The City of Launceston are seeking to implement a booking system to meet a number of requirements for Council's numerous and varying bookable spaces including but not limited to:
*Council Facilities (E.g. Road Safety Centre, Halls, Offices)
*Outdoor Spaces (E.g. Parks, Brisbane Street Mall)
*Sporting Fields (E.g. Churchill Park, including lights, toilets)
*Miscellaneous Bookings (E.g. Town Hall lighting, street banners)
The purpose of this document is to seek expressions of interest from suppliers with proven experience and success in implementing booking solutions that support online bookings, access via keyless entry and integration with Council systems, facility control for lighting and security.
