Warehouse Design and Construction Colebee

⁠⁠⁠Transport for NSW (Transport) is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to participate in the tender process for the design and construction of a new warehouse in western Sydney (the Project).

Under the Projects delivery requirements, Transport requires an industrial facility for storage, pre-erection, and testing of each Arch Maintenance Unit (AMU). This tender requires the Contractor to design and construct a Warehouse Superstructure at Colebee, Richmond (excluding ground slab and foundations). The Colebee Yard is a pre-developed TfNSW site compound with approx. 6200m2 hard stand area. The Project is funded by the NSW Government and is being procured and delivered by Transport.

A pre-tender meeting will be held on site at 10:00am, Wednesday 10th August 2023. Please see tender documentation with in for details. Attendance is advised, but not mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

To successfully participate in the tender process for the Project organisations:

• Must have a certified WHS management System and comply with G22

• Must comply with G36 Environmental Protection

• Must comply with Q4 Quality Management System

• Must provide a tender program

• Must provide examples of previous experience and provide referees

• Must meet the criteria listed in section 8.3 of the request for tender document.

Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign, and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the passcode to access the Request for Tender documents.
