Maranoa Regional Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a fixed price lump sum response, and supporting documentation, for the construction of the Roma Rest Area Upgrade, Warrego Highway, Roma 4455 (adjacent to Colts Cricket Club).
There are two (2) separable portions to the tender:
1. CIVIL WORKS
2. LANDSCAPING & PLANTING
Council is seeking to engage a construction contractor to complete the works involved with each of the separable portions including:
• Programming of the works;
• Traffic Management of the work sites;
• Safety, Quality & Environmental Management;
• Procurement of all plant, personnel and materials required for the works;
• Engagement, management and coordination of sealing sub-contractor; and
• All other works necessary to complete the works.
The project is being constructed in accordance with Transport and Main Roads MRS and MRTS documents with reference to CMDG where applicable.
It is expected that works will commence in April 2024 and be completed by November 2024.
