Workplace Injury Commission (WIC) Background

Previously known as the Accident Compensation Conciliation Service until 31 August 2022 is a funded Victorian Government statutory authority reporting to Minister for Workplace Safety, via the Department of Justice and Community Safety

WIC invites you to submit a response for the delivery of the Services described in Part B of this Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with the Conditions in Part A.

The Workplace Injury Commission has decided to replace its legacy Case Management system with one that can support our changed work practices and has the functionality that the Workplace Injury Commission will use to deliver our services to our clients.

The legacy Case Management system has been the system used in the provision of our conciliation service and is currently being adjusted to meet the differing needs of our new arbitration service, the new system will need to support the needs of both services.

As our legacy Case Management application is hosted on-site, Part of the intent of this RFI is to ascertain how closely a SaaS application will meet our requirements.

This RFI outlines WIC’s high-level requirements for its new Case Management System.
