Expression of Interest - Moonta Bay Kiosk

⁠⁠⁠The Copper Coast Council owns the building situated in the Moonta Bay Car Park (adjacent the rotunda) at 200 Bay Road, Moonta Bay. The facility has been vacant for a number of years.

Expressions of interest are sought regarding the redevelopment and operation of a Kiosk in the existing building. The internal dimensions of the building are 3.8m x 3.5m wide x 2.65m high (ceiling).

The building will require undertaking renovation works and compliance with all requirements.

The Expression of interest will need to address how the kiosk would be refurbished and operated, including days and hours of operation and what the proposed use/s would be. The area does NOT include the adjacent gazebo, seating and other facilities. It is proposed for a lease to be developed with the successful expression of interest submitted.

Expressions of interest will be assessed based on the proposed redevelopment, works, days/hours of operation and experience in similar ventures.

Expressions of interest will be received up to 5.00 pm, Wednesday, 19th July 2023
